MENDOTA - Northern Illinois Seamless Roofing, Inc. of Mendota received the 2019 “Greatest Sales Increase” award from Allen Consulting Group, Inc. ACGI is one of the top representative agencies for Dur-Last, Inc. The award was presented at the annual Duro-Last Sales Conference held in Phoenix Jan. 12-21.

Northern Illinois Seamless Roofing was founded by David Mauch in 1997 to meet the growing needs of Mauch Carpentry’s commercial customers. Since its inception, Northern Illinois Seamless Roofing has continued to receive sales and quality of workmanship recognition as an Elite authorized Duro-Last contractor.

Mauch pointed out that Duro-Last Roofing is the world’s largest manufacturer of pre-engineered single-ply roof systems. Duro-Last offers roof systems in several thicknesses and colors to meet customer’s needs for flat or low slope roofs. These membranes can be mechanically fastened or fully adhered to all types of roof decks.

Mauch explained that metal details for the roof are manufactured by Exceptional Metals, a division of Duro-Last. In addition, insulation is offered under the Duro-Guard brand to complete the system. Exceptional Metals also offers complete steel roof systems to meet the needs of authorized contractors’ customers.

“The right details make a huge difference in how a roof looks and how it performs. Superior design of the components and compatibility with Duro-Last Roofing System offers state-of-the-art protection against the elements,” Mauch said.

This complete system allows Duro-Last to offer the best warranties in the industry. Commercial warranties start with a no cost 15-year warranty. Extended options for hail, high winds, and consequential damage coverage are also available. Mauch said these combined factors along with continued training is why he is proud to be an authorized Duro-Last contractor.
