MENDOTA – Sixth, seventh and eighth grade Northbrook Middle School students who earned a 4.0 GPA for first, second and third quarters this school year were announced at District 289’s annual honor awards banquet on May 7.
Medalists include: Sixth grade - Shelby Bentley, Jesus Escobar, Braiden Freeman, Claire Hanson, Quin Holland, Anthony Kelson, Fatima Mendoza, Gresy Patel, Kaley Siemer; Seventh grade - Madalyn Becker, Edan Bell, Emma Clark, Nataliya Durbin, Bria Frey, William “Billy” Hall, Natalia Salinas, Grace Wasmer; Eighth grade - Guadalupe “Lupita” Arteaga, Isabelle Escatel, Alexis Finley, Abigail Kunz, Neal Linden, and Carlos Olivas.
