SHERIDAN – The Robert W. Rowe Library in Sheridan recently announced a list of new programs set to take place in February and March. Upcoming programs include:
* Gentle yoga: Mondays and Saturdays at 9 a.m., Wednesdays at 12 p.m.;
* Cherry Mine Disaster presentation, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m.;
* Anime club for girls and boys, call for dates and times;
* SAT/ACT test preparation, Wednesdays from 5-7:30 p.m.;
* Winter Reading Cook-Off, Feb. 22 from 6-7:30 p.m;
* Friends fundraiser/painting party, Sunday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m., at Sheridan American Legion;
* Preschool playgroup, Thursdays at 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.;
* Reading discussion groups, Fiction–fourth Tuesday every month at 7 p.m., Mystery–second Wednesday every month at 12 p.m., and Non-Fiction–fourth Monday every month 12 p.m.;
* Afternoon movies for adults, third Tuesday every month at 1 p.m.
