MENDOTA - Neil M. Chamberlain, 48, of Mendota, passed away Sept. 26, 2017.
A memorial visitation will be held from 10 a.m-noon on Saturday, Sept. 30 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. There will be no services. Burial will be private.
Neil was born Jan. 9, 1969 in Ravenna, Ohio to Larry and Karren (Kreinbihl) Chamberlain.
Survivors include his parents of Harlingen, Texas; one brother, Joel of Dixon; one sister, Daralynn Eassa of Portsmouth, Va.; a niece, Hannah Chamberlain; and three nephews, Seth Chamberlain, Jared Eassa and Micah Eassa.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his beloved dog, Elijah.
Neil was a 1987 graduate of Mendota High School. He previously worked at Wayside Press and Del Monte and was a semi-truck driver. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He loved water skiing and boating. He also enjoyed hot rod, muscle and custom cars and drag racing.
