MENDOTA – Mendota opened up the 2017 tennis season with a 5-0 shutout victory over Rochelle on March 28 at the MHS courts.
The Trojans’ two singles players, Cameron Phalen and Blake Stamberger, did not lose a game. Teaming up for doubles wins were Paco Romero-Christian Salinas, Preston Lewis-Zach Rinaldo and Erik Cortez-Eddie Perez.
