MHS matmen beaten twice in triangular

ASHTON – The Mendota Trojan wrestlers dropped both ends of a triangular meet at Ashton-Franklin Center on Jan. 8.

St. Bede scored a 33-12 victory over the Trojans. Mendota recorded a pair of pin wins, from Logan Eppard at 170 pounds and Quentin Bailey at 220 pounds.

Mendota also got two pin wins from Eppard and Bailey in a 24-12 setback to Ashton-Franklin Center.
