Mendota High School Class of 1944 celebrated their 75th class reunion on July 9. In attendance are, left to right, front row, Agnes Grothen Meister of Mendota; Helen Foster Morel of DeKalb; Myrtle Setchell Hitchins of Peru; back row, Clarice Pohl Faber of Mendota; Ann Van Etten James of Hanover, N.H.; Beverly Moore of Mendota; and Marjorie Galloway of Grayslake. They met at Ziggie’s Restaurant in Mendota. The class of 1944 had 64 students.
