MENDOTA - Mendota Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes new business and Chamber member Jen’s Dairy Barn on Jan. 15. Located at 1111 Main St. in Mendota, Jen’s Dairy Barn offers dine in or carry out sandwiches, soups and salads, sides, and ice cream concoctions. Daily specials are posted on Facebook. Current seasonal hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and closed on Sunday. Attending the ribbon cutting, left to right, are Lee Stocking, Mendota Area Chamber of Commerce ambassador; Jesse Arellano, Chamber executive director; Jen Laukaitis, Jen’s Dairy Barn owner; Linda Hessenberger, Kim Kennedy, and Tracy Schwemlein, Chamber ambassadors.
