OTTAWA - A new event is coming to this year’s LaSalle County 4-H Show and Junior Fair. Rob Thompson, Funny Magic Guy, will perform on Saturday, July 15 at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. sponsored by Rosati’s.
For the first time, Rosati’s has agreed to be the pizza supplier at the fair. In addition, all the past food vendors will return bringing their delicious treats. The evening entertainment will consist of past favorites – the rodeo Wednesday night, truck and tractor pulls on Thursday and Friday, and demo derby Saturday night. All nighttime entertainment starts at 7 pm. and gate admission is $10. Season passes are available at the gate for $25.
LaSalle County 4-H members have worked hard on their projects all year. These projects will be showcased on the grounds from Thursday through Sunday, July 13-16. Livestock shows will begin on Friday and end on Sunday with the Master Showmanship Contest.
This year’s fair will be one filled with new experiences and old traditions for fair goers.
