OGLESBY – Women at our BEST (Building, Encouraging, Strengthening, and Teaching) will meet on Monday, April 23 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Oglesby Union Church on Walnut St. in Oglesby. This will be the second gathering of the 2018 “Our Anchor Holds” series.
The evening gathering will include fellowship, worship music, refreshments, a presentation about the root of disease, and the key address “Trust Love as the Anchor” by guest speaker, Glenda Nordstrom. All area women are invited to attend this free event.
Stephanie Wolfgang of Oglesby, is the founder of the Oglesby Chapter of Healing Strong, a support group focused on natural healing education. Stephanie is the wife of Rev. Adam Wolfgang of Oglesby Union Church, mother to four adult children, and proud grandma. She will share from her wealth of knowledge about ‘the root of disease.’
Glenda Nordstrom of Ottawa, will be the featured speaker for the event. Glenda is a certified professional coach who is passionate about helping her clients live their most authentic, vibrant life. She is a graduate of Apostolic Bible Institute and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Glenda is a wife and mother of four adult children. She loves to spend time with her grandchildren and travel with her husband. Having experienced the tremendous love of her Heavenly Father, she is passionate about conveying this message as a foundation to all of life. In keeping with BEST’s theme, Glenda will present “Trust Love as the Anchor.”
Women at our BEST is a non-denominational community Christian women’s group, which sits under the outreach ministry of Oglesby Union Church. More information about the mission of Women at our BEST can be found on their Facebook page. BEST does not have any membership or other obligations. All BEST events are designed to be fun and inspirational.
