EARLVILLE - Lillian I. Sibley, 82, of Earlville passed away May 28, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
A celebration of life will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at the Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville with Pastor John Roach officiating.
Lillian was born May 16, 1935 in Gouverneur, N.Y. to Earnest and Maude (Benway) Littlebrant. She married Harold Sibley on Dec. 3, 1963 in Yorkville. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include four daughters, Kathryn (Robert) Saunders of Sandwich, Betty (Steve) Schillings of Grand Ridge, Sally Thomas of Tonica and Lillian Sibley-Sparks of Mendota; two sons, Harold (Karen) Sibley of Earlville and Roger (Jennifer) Sibley of Mendota; several grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Bruce Littlebrant of Sandwich; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two grandchildren, Leslie Thomas and Andy Sibley; three great-grandchildren, Adrian Phelps, Haylie Thompson and Samantha Sibley; three sisters, Leona Eastman, Betty Wilson and Shirley Simpson; and two brothers, Billy Littlebrant and Earl Littlebrant.
