Library hosts leprechaun themed activity hour, March 12


MENDOTA – “Small Fries” story and activity hour, for children in preschool and kindergarten, will be held on Tues., March 12 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Graves-Hume Public Library.

Story time will feature “How to Catch a Leprechaun.” Participants will then enjoy a rainbow St. Patrick’s Day themed craft, sensory golden coin hunt in shaving cream and water beads. A snack and drink will be provided.

Just Me and My Gal

MENDOTA – A “Just Me and My Gal” program will be held at the Graves-Hume Public Library on Thursday, March 28 from 6-7 p.m. for boys and their favorite “gal” - mom, grandma, aunt. Boys should bring their favorite photo of them with their gal. The evening will be packed with fun activities for all ages. Space is limited; registration is necessary.

Shake, Rattle & Read

MENDOTA – The “Shake, Rattle & Read” program for babies and toddlers, ages birth to 2 years old, to enjoy with their caregivers will be held on Tuesday, March 12 and Tuesday, March 26 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at The Graves-Hume Public Library.

An evening session is scheduled for Thursday, April 4 from 6-7 p.m. This hour features stories, songs, puppets, playtime, and much more! Siblings are also welcomed to share in the fun. Sign-up is not necessary.
