University of Illinois Extension is offering a free online webinar, Fill Your Pantry, which will discuss how to make juice and cider, frozen apple slices, homemade apple pie filling, applesauce, apple butter, and apple jelly. They will also cover dehydrating apples to produce fruit leather and apple chips.
During the webinar, attendees will learn the variety of apples that preserve well, the scientific preservation methods and supplies, apple quality, and recipe ideas.
