DIXON – The Lee County Historical and Genealogical Society will present a program on the Schiller Piano Factory at 7 p.m., Nov. 12 in the second floor conference room at KSB Hospital in Dixon. This business that played such an important part in the area since the early days of 1890, has gone through many transformations until its current status as Conover Square. A short annual meeting will also be held. The room is handicapped accessible and the public is invited. There is no fee. For further information, please call the Society library at (815) 284-1134.
