LaSalle County reports total of 107 confirmed COVID-19 cases as of May 12


A total of 46 individuals have recovered in the county

LA SALLE COUNTY - On May 12, the LaSalle County Health Department confirmed an additional COVID-19 case in LaSalle County bringing the total to 107. The newest confirmed case is a male in his 30s.

The case remains in isolation. Federal privacy restrictions prohibit the release of any additional information regarding this case. Public health officials are working actively to identify and investigate all individuals who were in contact with this case. No further information regarding the investigation is available at this time.

Two additional cases have recovered and have been released from isolation. The total number of recovered individuals for LaSalle County is 46.

As COVID-19 spreads and testing increases, we expect to see our cases increase. People should continue to practice social distancing and not let their guard down.
