OTTAWA - No grocery shopping, prep work, or clean up with the LaSalle County Farm Bureau Foundation’s “Prep, Freeze, Cook” fundraiser. These meals make dinnertime so easy, especially on those busy nights.
Prep, Freeze, Cook prepares all the meals locally at one of their locations in Central Illinois using fresh ingredients and no preservatives. The fundraiser includes 10 individual frozen meals packed in a box for easy pick up.
The 10 meals include Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf, Italian Sausage & Ricotta Bake, Creamy Italian Chicken, Garlic Rosemary Pork Roast, Cheesy Ham & Potato Soup, Chorizo Breakfast Casserole, Cheeseburger Soup, Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole, Chicken Fajitas, and Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes Casserole.
The fundraiser offers two options when ordering the 10 meals: Option 1 - each meal includes enough to feed five people ($171.70) and Option 2 - each meal includes enough to feed two people ($85.85).
Orders and payment must be received by noon on Friday, Sept. 24. Order forms are available online at www.lcfb.org or call (815) 433-0371 to place an order.
Payments may be mailed to LaSalle County Farm Bureau Foundation, 4201 N. Columbus St., Ottawa, IL 61350. Payment may also be dropped off at the LaSalle County Farm Bureau office.
