EARLVILLE - Kareen Grace Holloway, 38, Earlville passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
A Celebration of Life for Kareen will be held at Maple Leaf Park Campground, 1318 U.S. 34 in Earlville on Saturday, March 31 beginning at 11 a.m. In order to ease the burden of preparation for the family, they ask that this be a potluck style event. Please bring food and/or beverages to share with family and friends. Cremation rites were accorded to Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home.
Kareen was born March 30, 1979 in Elmhurst to Tom and Nanette (Grundy) Murray. She married Billy Holloway on Aug. 15, 2005 in Princeton.
Survivors include her husband of Earlville; her mother, Nanette Murray of DeKalb; three children, Grace, John Thomas and Jameson; one sister, Sara Murray of DeKalb; one brother, JT (Charlie) Murray of Chicago; her in-laws, Anita and John Kurth of Princeton; one sister-in-law, Lisa Holloway of Princeton; nieces and nephew, Khelsi, Matthew, Zoe and Morgan; and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who all miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father and one daughter, Georgia Renee.
Kareen was a selfless and compassionate mother of four, three beautiful children here on earth and one angel who greeted her in heaven. Her friends were her family, and her family were her friends.
