PERU - Jennifer M. Terry, 32, of Peru passed away Oct. 24, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3 at Victory Baptist Church, Mendota with Rev. Jay Miller officiating. Burial will be at Restland Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to services at the church. Merritt Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Jennifer was born May 8, 1986 in Peoria to Thomas and Debbie (Fountain) Terry, Jr.
Survivors include her parents of Depue; one sister, Ashley (Eddie) Hardison of Henry; one daughter, Apple Terry of Spring Valley; three sons, Dylan Clark of Mendota, Michael Terry of Depue and Logan Bates of Henry; her boyfriend, Saul Fernandez-Diaz of Peru; her maternal grandparents, George and Carol Fountain of Mendota; her paternal grandparents, Tom and Marian Terry, Sr. of Depue; four aunts, Laura Chapman of Texas, Melissa (Robert) Collier of Tennessee, Irene Panko of Florida and Bonnie Cushman of Spring Valley; and two uncles, David (Leanne) Chapman of Oglesby and Bobby Panko of Idaho.
Jennifer was a 2004 graduate of Mendota High School. She enjoyed martial arts and was an amazing artist. She was an organ donor helping others continue to live their lives.
