OGLESBY – Stellar pianist Joseph Kingma will be featured at the Illinois Valley Symphony Orchestra’s next concert on Saturday, May 13. Kingma will perform Schumann’s “Piano Concerto in A Minor” plus Respighi’s “Pines of Rome” and “Chanson de Niuts” by Elgar.
The performance will take place at the Illinois Valley Community College Cultural Centre beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets may be purchased online at ivso.org and at the door. The concert is sponsored by Maze Lumber, Illinois Cement Co. and season sponsor, Ning Communication.
