LA SALLE - “Fire Safety” will be the topic for Illinois Valley Center for Independent Living’s next quarterly training on Thursday, Aug. 23. The session will take place at 1:30 p.m.
The training will be led by Fire Chief Andy Bacidore who will discuss how to prevent fires from starting and how to protect ourselves if we are in a fire. He will also discuss fire awareness, fire safety and how to develop an escape plan.
