OTTAWA - On Saturday, Feb. 24, the Illinois Valley Beekeepers Association will sponsor an Introduction to Beekeeping for those thinking about keeping bees or who are just getting started.
This session will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of Illinois Extension Center, 1689 N 31st Road, Ottawa. The class is open to all ages and the cost is only $10. For anyone who is a member of 4-H, the cost will be $5.
