STANDARD – The Illinois Valley Herb Guild will have their Membership Tea on Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 7 p.m. at the Putnam County Senior Center in Standard. The Program will be on Monarch butterflies by speakers Tracy and Dale Divan of Toluca. Members are encouraged to bring food to share and guests are welcome to attend.
