HCC & Allis Roller begin joint business venture in Brazil

Posted

MENDOTA – Two Midwest manufacturers, HCC, Inc., of Mendota and Allis Roller of Wisconsin have begun a joint venture in Brazil. The new operation, appropriately called Allis Roller HCC, will focus primarily on serving major agricultural equipment manufacturers operating in South America, with the potential to expand into other industries.

About the new joint venture, Brian Nelson, president of HCC, Inc., said, “HCC, Inc. is very excited to take the next step with Allis Roller in forming the Joint Venture in Curitiba, Brazil.  With Allis Roller products and the HCC Curitiba infrastructure, this JV will be a huge success.”

The joint venture will allow product localization, which will provide lower shipping costs and better customer service to several of their large customers that are already established in South America. This will also allow both manufacturers involved to respond quickly to market changes.
