MENDOTA - A Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification Course will be held on Friday, Dec.6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at OSF Saint Paul Medical Center, 1401 East 12th St., Mendota. This is a state approved eight-hour course for the Illinois Food Safety Certification. All food service facilities are required to have certified managers.
The state test will be given at 4 p.m. on Friday. The cost of the course is $125.
