Abby Fancher, center, is hoping to reach her goal of $3,000 raised for the St. Jude Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon that she will be participating in on April 29 in Nashville, Tenn. Recently, Nashville Night at Main Street Station in Mendota, featuring live acoustics by Joe Stamm, raised $1,300 to contribute to her cause. “This is my sixth run for St. Jude, second time doing the half-marathon as a St. Jude Hero. I run for St. Jude because St. Jude saved my cousin Mallary's life,” said Fancher. Supporting her, is her husband, Beau Fancher, second from left and friends, Nick Ganz, Briana Ganz, and Rachel Moore. (Photo contributed)
