MENDOTA - Eureka Savings Bank in Mendota recently made a pledge of $2,500 toward Mendota’s Silo Art Project. Anna Arteaga, Vice President at Eureka, right, met with Mendota Economic Development Director/City Clerk Emily McConville, left, and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jesse Arellano on June 20 to announce the donation. Arteaga said she is excited to see the final product, which will be located on a silo owned by Northern Partners Cooperative. “It will be a nice attraction to Mendota,” she added. McConville said they really appreciate all the community support this project has received and with the donation from Eureka, they are about two-thirds of the way to their $50,000 fundraising goal.
