Local students on Bradley U. Dean's List
PEORIA – More than 1700 students were named to Bradley University’s Dean's List for Spring 2022. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a minimum 3.5 grade point average for the semester on a 4.0 scale.
Among the students making the Dean’s List are Samuel Becker of Mendota, majoring in Mechanical Engineering; Samuel Lawrence of Mendota, majoring in Civil Engineering; Caleb Sarff of La Moille, majoring in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Analytics; Pamela Taylor of West Brooklyn, majoring in Environmental Science Biology.

A. Lundquist graduates from Iowa State
AMES, Iowa – Iowa State University honored more than 4,700 students who received degrees during spring commencement ceremonies May 12-14.
An area student earning a degree from ISU is Austin Lundquist of LaMoille, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Studies.
Alumna Beth Ford, president and chief executive officer of Land O'Lakes, received a Doctor of Humane Letters honorary degree for her contributions as a leader in business and agriculture and advocate for farmers and rural communities. Alumnus Subra Suresh, president and Distinguished University Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, received a Doctor of Science honorary degree for contributions as a distinguished engineer, scientist, entrepreneur and leader in higher education.
J. O'Donnell named to MSOE Dean's List
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Jenna O'Donnell of Mendota was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Dean's List for the 2022 Spring Quarter. O'Donnell is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean's List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive "high honors."

S. Dullard makes Iowa State Dean's List
AMES, Iowa – Approximately 9,500 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2022 Dean's List. Students named to the Dean's List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
Among the students making the Dean’s List is Sean Benjamin Dullard of Mendota, a junior majoring in Animal Science.
Mendota students on Wisconsin Dean’s List
MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the Dean's List for the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.
Among the students recognized are Amanda Barrett of Mendota, College of Letters and Science, Dean’s List, and Ella Massey of Mendota, School of Human Ecology, Dean’s Honor List.
Students who achieve at a high level academically are recognized by the dean at the close of each semester. To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Each university school or college sets its own GPA requirements for students to be eligible to receive the distinction. Most call the honor "dean's list," but some grant the "Dean's Honor List" and "Dean's High Honor List."
L. Wamhoff graduates from U. of Alabama
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Luke Wamhoff of La Moille earned Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama. UA awarded 5,907 degrees during its spring commencement ceremonies on May 6-8.
