Knox College dean’s list
GALESBURG - Ashley Kerley of Earlville has been named to the Knox College dean’s list of distinguished students for the spring term. To be included, a student must earn at least 2.5 credits in the term and have a grade point average of 3.6 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
Illinois Wesleyan University dean’s list
BLOOMINGTON - Kennedy Meloy of Earlville was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester of the 2019-20 academic year at Illinois Wesleyan University. Meloy is a first-year student majoring in nursing. She was among 831 students from 29 states and 16 countries named to the spring dean’s list.
To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a GPA of 3.50 or better during the semester, based on a 4.0 scale.
Baylor University dean’s list
WACO, Texas - Morgan Marquis of Mendota has been named to the Baylor University dean’s academic honor list for the spring 2020 semester. Marquis, who is enrolled in the School of Engineering & Computer Science, is among more than 5,300 Baylor University students honored on the dean’s list.
To qualify, undergraduate students must have a minimum semester grade-point average of 3.7 with no grade lower than a “C” while enrolled in a minimum of 12 graded semester hours.

Local student accepted at Palmer College of Chiropractic
DAVENPORT, Iowa - Madeline Eager of Mendota has been accepted for enrollment for the summer 2020 trimester in the Bachelor of Science, General Science program at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s main campus in Davenport, Iowa.
