UW-Whitewater dean’s list

WHITEWATER, Wis. - Holly Marsh and Emily Schmitt, both of Earlville, have been named to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater dean’s list for the spring semester.

For more than 150 years, UW-Whitewater has provided students with the education and training to begin their careers with a solid foundation behind them. Iowa State University dean’s list

AMES, Iowa – Sean Dullard and Brooke Lee, both of Mendota, are among more than 10,500 Iowa State University students who have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by inclusion on the spring semester dean’s list. Dullard, a sophomore, is majoring in Animal Science, and Lee, a junior, is an Agricultural Systems Technology major.

To qualify for dean’s list honors, a student must earn a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework. 

NIU dean’s list

DE KALB - Northern Illinois University has announced its spring 2021 dean’s list students. To earn this distinction, students must meet a minimum semester grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology or a minimum of 3.75 on a 4.0 scale in the colleges of Business, Education, Health and Human Sciences, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Visual and Performing Arts.

Mendota students included on the dean’s list are Hannah Ambler, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences dean’s list, Psychology - B.S.; Aylin Arellano, College of Business dean’s list, Marketing - B.S.; Paxton Kennedy, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences dean’s list, Economics - B.S.; Kevin Lewis Jr., College of Engineering dean’s list, Mechatronics Engineering; and Katherine Wohrley, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences dean’s list, Mathematics Education - B.S.

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - A total of 1,017 students earned academic degrees or post-baccalaureate certificates after the spring 2021 semester at Western Illinois University.

Local graduates and their degrees include Natalie Landgraf of Mendota, Summa Cum Laude, Bachelor of Business, Supply Chain Management; Mckenna Campbell of Earlville, Bachelor of Science in Nursing; and Daniela McConville of Earlville, Summa Cum Laude, Bachelor of Science, Agriculture Teacher Education.
