DE KALB - Northern Illinois University celebrated commencement weekend, Dec. 16 and 17. ROCK ISLAND - Cameron Phalen of Mendota was among the students named to Augustana College’s 2017 fall term dean’s list. Phalen is exploring majors.
NIU dean’s list
DE KALB - Northern Illinois University has announced its fall 2017 dean’s list students. To earn this distinction, students must meet a minimum semester grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology or a minimum of 3.75 on a 4.0 scale in the colleges of Business, Education, Health and Human Sciences, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Visual and Performing Arts.

WIU dean’s list
MACOMB/MOLINE - A total of 1,433 undergraduate students enrolled at Western Illinois University were named to the 2017 fall dean’s list. The total includes 101 students at the WIU-Quad Cities Campus.
To receive this award, an undergraduate student must earn at least a 3.6 grade point average on a scale of 4.0 in a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded courses; pass-fail hours are not counted.
