Dec. 5 Reporter delayed one day for mail subscribers

MENDOTA – President Donald Trump has declared Wednesday, Dec. 5 a national day of mourning for President George H. W. Bush. Federal agencies, including post offices, will be closed to honor America’s 41st president, who passed away Nov. 30.

Due to post offices being closed, the Wednesday, Dec. 5 issue of The Mendota Reporter will be delayed one day for those subscribers normally receiving the paper in the mail. The Dec. 5 edition will be available at newsstands and racks as usual on Wednesday.
