Dancey to discuss Little Bighorn Battle, April 7

MENDOTA – The Mendota Museum & Historical Society will host a presentation by Steve Dancey on Sunday, April 7 at St. John’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 607 10th Ave. in Mendota.

Dancey will share his stories and historical interpretations of the Battle of the Little Bighorn between the 7th U.S. Cavalry and the Sioux and Cheyenne Warriors.

Dancey recently spent some time as a volunteer National Park Ranger at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument in Montana.

He will share his stories beginning at 1 p.m. A free will donation will be taken.
