Gracelynn Dale begins her term as the District 4 Representative on the Illinois Farm Bureau State Young Leader Committee. Members of the State Young Leader Committee are appointed by the District IAA Director to serve a two-year term. The primary responsibilities of Young Leader Committee members include planning and implementing programs. At the state level, they assist with the IAA Annual Meeting, State Discussion Meet, Young Leader Conference, and Agri-Quiz Bowl. Within their districts, they work with leadership and staff to establish and maintain County Young Leader Committee programs, attend district events, conduct District Discussion Meets, promote participation in statewide activities, and serve as a communication link between County Farm Bureaus and the State Young Leader Committee.
