MENDOTA – The 10th annual Mendota Cornapalooza 5K/10K Run and 5K Walk will be held Saturday, Aug. 12. The race, which begins and ends at Lake Mendota, will kick off at 8 a.m. Registration and packet pick-up begin at 6:30 a.m.
The entry fee is $20 if registered by July 28 and $25 after up until race day. A Cornapalooza T-shirt is guaranteed to participants registered by July 28. Size or a shirt is not guaranteed to late registrants.
Awards will be presented to the first overall male and female runner in the 5K and 10K runs. Medals will be presented to first through third places in each age group. All competitors 14 and under will receive a participation ribbon.
