MENDOTA – The Graves-Hume Public Library will host several programs geared toward children during the month of April.
Shake, Rattle & Read story hour with songs, dancing, and playtime for children ages birth-2 with their caregivers will be held on Thursday, April 5 from 6-7 p.m. Morning sessions will be held on Tuesday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 24 from 10-11 a.m. Pre-K siblings are also welcome to attend.
Lego Club for children in grades 1-4 will be held on Wednesday, April 11 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. The library will supply the Legos, you bring your imagination. Due to limited space, sign up is required for this popular program.
Small Fries, the library’s newest program for children ages 3-K will be held on Thursday, April 12 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. It includes a story hour and cooking club. Sign up is necessary.
An after school movie will be shown on Wednesday, April 18 at 3:30p.m. Please sign up. Children age 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Celebrate spring at the library’s “FunFamilyTime” on Thursday, April 26 from 6-7 p.m. There will be lots of fun warm-weather activities for the whole family. Please call to sign up.
