LA SALLE - Director Abby Bertrand will hold auditions for the fall production of Irving Berlin’s “White Christmas” at Stage 212 in LaSalle on Friday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. Callbacks will be held Sunday, Sept. 9 at 1 p.m.
Bertrand will cast two men and two women, each able to play in their 20s to 30s, and one man and one woman, each able to play 40 years old or older. She will also cast an ensemble of 15-20 performers aged 15 and up, with 10-12 members of the ensemble also serving as featured dancers.
Auditioners should come prepared to sing 20-30 seconds of a musical theater song. Those interested in auditioning for the dance ensemble should also come prepared in proper dance attire to learn a short dance. Those interested in speaking parts will be asked to read as part of their audition (sides will be provided that day).

A separate audition will be announced at a later date to cast one girl able to play 8-14, and a small children’s chorus ages 8-14.
Stage 212 auditions are open to all regardless of prior theatrical experience.
