Cast announced for Stage 212’s “6 Rms Riv Vu”

LA SALLE - Fall has plenty of room for laughs as Stage 212 presents “6 Rms Riv Vu,” Bob Randall’s classic romantic comedy.

Paul Friedman, a married advertising copywriter, and Anne Miller, a discontented housewife, meet when each shows up at the same time to inspect an apartment for rent. When they discover the door has been locked accidentally, trapping them inside, they are forced to wait for rescue together. A connection slowly develops as they pass the time by sharing details of their respective lives.

Featured in the cast are Devon Ford as Ann Miller, Ryan Ziegler as Paul Friedman, Phil Valle as the superintendent, Maryhelen Bidasio as the woman in 4-A, Laurie Innis as Janet Friedman, Adam Oldaker as Richard Miller, Caryn Brown as the pregnant woman and Jake Kinsella as the expectant father.

Production staff includes director Ken Schroeder, producer Kyle Foley, assistant producer/costumer/stage manager Dixie Schroeder, assistant director/stagehand Rob Mellen, set design/construction Mike Kreush and Todd Harzheim, light operator Brian Brown and sound operator Rachel Black.

“6 Rms Riv Vu” will be presented Nov. 3-5 and 10-12 at Stage 212, 700 First St., LaSalle. Friday and Saturday evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m.

Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Oct. 23 and may be purchased by visiting the box office Monday 4-6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.–noon or by calling (815) 224-3025 during the same hours. Tickets may also be purchased online by visiting www.stage212.org.
