EARLVILLE – Bruce and LaVerle Carter of 4454 E. 1309th Road, Earlville, will be celebrating their 72nd wedding anniversary on Wednesday, Aug. 30. They were married at Gary Methodist Church in Wheaton. The couple are parents of two children, Harold Carter and Jean Carter Imel, both of Earlville. They also have two granddaughters, Kirsty Imel Actis of Earlville and Jim Imel Sondgeroth of Germantown Hills. They have seven great grandchildren, Carter, Avery, Payton, Emma, Ben, Hannah, and Will. The Carters will be celebrating with a family dinner party.
