Is there any way to tell if an egg is fresh?
The answer to last week’s quiz is: Brown eggs and white eggs are basically the same, they just come from different chicken breeds. Eggs intended for consumption are not bleached - the shells are porous and would absorb the bleach making them unsafe to eat.
