C. Ganz retiring from First State Bank

MENDOTA – After 42 years of dedicated service, First State Bank wishes to announce the retirement of Connie Ganz, Sr. VP Customer Service. Throughout her tenure, the bank has grown from three branches to 19 through several acquisitions and new market growth.

Ganz started her career in 1980 in the loan installment department and quickly excelled in various roles throughout the bank. She ultimately led the Customer Service Department, was part of the Executive team and also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Over the years, Ganz served as a member of the Mendota Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, helped with the Toys for Tots program, participated in March of Dimes events, Relay for Life and Alzheimer’s walks in memory of loved ones. She is looking forward to spending more time with her grandchildren, taking convertible rides this summer, doing more crafting and relaxing in the north woods.

As Ganz embarks on retirement, First State Bank salutes her for a stellar career in financial services and sincerely thanks her for her contribution to our organization. She has left a permanent mark on the bank and her legacy will live on. Ganz’s last day with First State Bank will be Friday, May 27. Please join the bank in wishing her well.
