Terry Clark and Brianne Froeber of Mendota are parents of their first child, Elliot Coy, born May 20, 2017, at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru. The baby weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces. Maternal grandparent is Nancy Froeber of Rockford. Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Dawn Clark of Mendota. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Gerald and Juanita McClelland. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Harry and Marguerite Clark and the late Kay Campbell and Eddie Dishinger.
