TRIUMPH – The Triumph United Methodist Church will host a week of Vacation Bible School from July 17-21. Activities will be held from 9-11:30 a.m. daily.

The theme for this year is “Deep Sea Discovery.” Get ready to flip your fins on celebration reef with a lot of undersea fun. Join the coral chorus during the week for fantastic Bible stories, crafts, games, projects and food and meet a huge whale personally.

After the week of action-filled activities, all participants, parents, friends and relatives are welcome to join the public at an old fashioned ice cream social in the church basement on Sunday, July 23 from 2-4 p.m. Here, the students will be able to show off their crafts made during the week while enjoying ice cream, cakes and beverages.

The Bible School is open to all children ages 4 and up. For more information or to register, call Ethel Bauer at (815) 246-7242, Pastor Sandy Smith at (815) 246-9381 or Jay Allen at (815) 539-6181.
