MENDOTA - Betty L. Bubolz, 67, of Mendota, passed away Feb. 10, 2022 at her home.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held and announced at a later date. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota is assisting the family.
Betty was born Oct. 10, 1954 in Aurora to George and Irene (Almy) Jansen. She married Emil Jay Bubolz on Nov. 17, 1990 in Aurora.
Survivors include her husband of Mendota; one son, William Aldrich of Mendota; one brother, Butch Jansen and a sister, Georgeann Jansen.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Betty graduated form Aurora High School in 1976. She worked for Bumper Hotdogs in Aurora. She was a volunteer for the Fox Valley Marine Corps in Aurora. She loved county music and was a NASCAR, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bears fan.
