MENDOTA – Avery Falcon is all smiles as she meets Santa Claus during the “A Mendota Christmas” event held on Dec. 3 in downtown Mendota.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in a Mendota fire truck and then spent many hours greeting young children and hearing all of their Christmas wishes before traveling back to the North Pole to get ready for Christmas day.

Many other activities were held as Mendota got in to the spirit of the holidays.
