ROCKFORD - After much thought and many discussions, Lifescape has decided to cancel the 2020 Senior Expo due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. They are sad that they are unable to hold the event this fall for the community and will miss seeing their community partners and community members.
Because Lifescape does not want older adults, caregivers, and families to miss out on valuable resources and information, they are compiling a 2020 Lifescape Senior Expo Resource Guide. Instead of walking through the Rock Valley College Physical Education Center and viewing over 100 booths, the public will be able to read about the organizations and companies from the comfort of their home.
The resource guide is free and will be shared with clients. The guide will be available for pickup at their office at 705 Kilburn and will also be available in PDF version so the information can be shared electronically via social media and e-mail.
While they are extremely disappointed to not have the annual Lifescape Senior Expo, they are happy to share the area’s many resources through the 2020 Lifescape Senior Expo Resource Guide.
